my server on vps run on 1.0.1.4, need to update to current version. which files i need to update to dont failed my current server? i mean mods and others
upd: just update "cs2d_dedicated"...... sorry...

How to set up your CS2D server step by step:

Download the base game from this link:
👉 https://www.unrealsoftware.de/get.php?get=cs2d_1016_win.zip
This is a clean version of the game, with no custom content.

Extract the ZIP file to any folder you want.

Now, take the files from your custom server and copy them into the folder where you extracted the game.

Your server files might be inside folders like:

cs2d/maps/

cs2d/gfx/ → for custom images (sprites, HUD, etc.)

cs2d/sfx/ → for custom sounds

cs2d/sys/ → for Lua scripts, servertransferlist, and other configs

Replace the files in the base game with the ones from your server when asked.

And that’s it! You’ll have the game running with your server’s custom content.
