As already meantioned, DC has no time because he's doing his military service. Afterwards he is going to study, so he won't have much time left then either.
Besides he's got other projects on the line than S2/3, too.
I doubt that DC will EVER make a S3. If he does so, it will be not earlyer than in 4-5 years.
